Non-identifiable customer data
Data variables that are personally identifiable, including but not limited to first name, surname, mobile number, address, and national identity number, are not included in the processing*. Personally identifiable data are anonymized before being processed by Nudgescribe and de-anonymized on the return before the message is distributed. We use advanced encryption and hashing techniques to ensure that personally identifiable information (PII) is never at risk during analysis.
Model Training
No client or customer information is used for the training of models. Our approach ensures that your data remains confidential and secure throughout the process.
Governance
Nudgescribe includes role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure data access is restricted based on the principle of least privilege. User profiles and hierarchies are configured to meet each client's specific requirements, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to those with appropriate permissions.
